With years of experience leading progressive communications, advocacy campaigns, and narrative change efforts, I bring a deep understanding of how communications can advance organizing, build power, and drive real-world impact.

With nine years of communications experience, I have led campaigns focused on labor, immigrant rights, housing, and racial and economic justice, and holds a certification in PR strategy from Cornell University. Before founding Catalyst Communications, I co-founded and managed Justice Speaks, a communications firm dedicated to uplifting the voices of marginalized communities, and served as a communications specialist at the California Labor Federation (AFL-CIO), where I worked closely with unions on statewide, corporate accountability, and political campaigns.
